Whether you do decide to return a Vizantio product or not, we recommend that you check all our products carefully before you use them for damage or missing parts. We also recommend that you keep your receipt and order number handy as proof of purchase for any after-sales queries. You can find it in your order confirmation or delivery packaging itself.

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your Vizantio purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging with your receipt within 14 days of ordering. We’ll issue a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge) or exchange your original purchase with another product of the same value.

If you don’t want another Vizantio product, we’ll give you a voucher for the corresponding amount or refund the amount you paid in the same way you paid.
